Zhang, Xueyi
Research focuses on advanced porous materials for clean energy sources, which includes but not limited to zeolites, mesoporous materials, heterogeneous catalysis, nanomaterial synthesis and characterization, and microscopy. Postdoctoral fellow with Prof. Enrique Iglesia at University of California, Berkeley, work on zeolite/metal bifunctional catalysts for Fischer-Tropsch synthesis. Obtained Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota with Prof. Michael Tsapatsis as my Ph.D. adviser, where research focused on synthesis and characterization of zeolite nanoparticles.
